Stations eligible to win a prize

It is asked to all the VHF & Up contest managers to inform participants about this new rule:
In every category of all the IARU Region 1 Contests the stations willing to win their
categories must submit their logs individually to the IARU R1 Contest Robot within the
23:59 UTC of the Monday after the contest (34 hours); only these stations will be eligible to
the victory and prizes.

If the first station in the classification did not send his log before the deadline to be eligible
for the victory (34 hours), then the first station which sent his log within the 34 hours
deadline will be the winner. (VGC 2020).

stanice, které chtějí vyhrát své kategorie, musí své protokoly odeslat jednotlivě na IARU R1
Soutěžní robot do 23:59 UTC v pondělí po soutěži (34 hodin); pouze tyto
Stanice budou mít nárok na vítězství a ceny.
Pokud první stanice v klasifikaci neposlala svůj deník před termínem, aby byla způsobilá
za vítězství (34 hodin), pak první stanice, která poslala jeho deník do 34 hodin
uzávěrkou bude vítěz.

21. Deník ze závodu musí být vložen na automatický internetový portál nebo odeslán na emailovou
adresu vyhodnocovatele nejpozději osmý den (druhé pondělí) po skončení závodu.
Stanice, která chce vyhrát některý ze závodů, musí poslat deník v předepsaném elektronickém formátu
*.edi k vyhodnocení nejpozději do 23:59 UTC následujícího pondělí po závodě. Pokud by stanice, která
dosáhne po vyhodnocení nejvyššího bodového zisku, nedodržela tuto zkrácenou lhůtu pro odeslání
deníku, pak bude zařazena na druhé místo a na první místo postoupí stanice z původně druhého místa.
Poznámka: IARU Region I konference v roce 2020 rozhodla že stanice, které chtějí vyhrát některý ze
závodů pořádaných IARU Region 1 (50/70 MHz; VHF; UHF & µW) musí odeslat jejich deníky přímo na
IARU Region I Contest Robot nejpozději do 23:59 UTC následujícího pondělí po závodě (do 34 hodin po
skončení závodů), pouze tyto stanice budou mít nárok na vítězství a ceny.
