  Hi,

  it's now a view hours after publishing the recalculated sept. and
  oct. 2012 results and you asked about the missing OK or YU logs.

  Yes, it's true, that there are a lot of OK and YU logs are missing.

  Last year was the first time where all logs should be uploaded to
  "iaru.oevsv.at". Also the official deadline is really short since
  2012. Officially it is about one week for participants and about two
  weeks for vhf contest managers (see IARU R1 Conference Sun City 2011).
  The real (or used) deadline for participants was much longer and I
  decided to also use a much longer deadline (25. november for the sept.
  contest). Finally nearly every log at iaru.oevsv.at was used for
  evaluation.

  Uploading the logs to iaru.oevsv.at could be done by the national vhf
  contest manager or by each participant. It depends on the decision of
  the national vhf contest manager.

  Some national vhf contest managers decided, that each participant
  should upload the log individually (like DL and maybe OK and YU).
  Other vhf contest managers still collecting all logs and upload them
  to iaru.oevsv.at (like G, F and some others).

  I decided (for gemany), that I cannot guarantee, that I'm always able
  to collect and upload all german logs withhin the official two weeks.
  As you can see - a lot of german logs are also not listed in the results.

  I think, the situation in OK and YU is similar like in DL. Each
  participant should upload the log to iaru.oevsv.at. If this is not
  true, then it was a little mistake and we'll find a solution.
