Hi all just wanted to say something regarding this matter without pointing fingers to anyone. I am not active on HF bands - mostly 50mhz up. What i am seeing is that the hobby had took the road as same as the world came time is money in this case time is dxcc.Everyone loves a new dxcc but now it went out of the way in all means how tits being used.FT8. While as a software is a gd achievement for terrestrial for (WEAK) signals it is being used by many inappropriate. 50MHZ came a total ZOO as from the nicest band came the ugliest ,this because while a gd strong spE is active and there is also a multihoop around you barely can work as the weak signal is buried under the S9+ from European if not to forget to mention they call on your DF for making the cherry on the cake. I dont know in US or other continents or countries in EU has the same issue. Do not tell me go to 50323 for example as barley it is used only some from the US they do mostly everyone qrm on each other. Another thing is as Matej mention OK1TEH what is going to happen in near future to our allocated freq if they are going to be concentrated only on one 1khz?We already had a spike on vhf band last year so .... Another now regarding FT8 on EME . Did you planed where or how the freq operation is going to be? as well in 1 khz? so another JUNGLE via EME now? My concern is that this all has to be ,balanced and also with implementing new rules .What about making FT8 for terrestial will work till -10db , as from -9db would not decode ?I cant even look to your shoes so imagine wear it but an opinion if possible. This would push those to switch to SSB/CW if they want to continue not looking for weak signal or they lower the power which may make some difference.Mention this for those qsos which they pass to each other +10 ,R+15. Joe thanks always for your effort to the community but i think there is a need of stopping the inappropriate operation ,NOT THE SOFTWARE. Regarding EME plan for freq operation and everyone is free to do what he likes, thats why i am writing here for balancing the situation as it is running from our hands. 73s David 9H1TX
