Some words on the ARRL contest for your newsletter; 

There was soo much activity making the 23cm band come alive like a 
regular region 1 contest. I wasn't qrv all the time, worked about 50/50 
CW and digital. I noticed on other reports that some stations i worked 
in digital did CW as well, and others did only digital or only CW... so 
operation was a bit spread, making it fun to hop around CW and JT.  
Strongest signals were SM4IVE, SM6CKU, OK2DL, SP6JLW, OK1DFC, HB9Q, 
OE5JFL... but also a few really weak QRP, like RN6MA running only 5 
watts in a 3m dish who i could work after second attempt in JT65C. 
Missed out on all the VK's because my big garden tree in the east, but i 
managed to work some bigger guns troughout the leaves hi. Worked
