Fake RA181213G?


...however before I did that, one reply to my previous post suggested it might be a fake part (from China...) 
and maybe it was something else that was just marked as a Mitsubishi RA18H1213G. So before I took an exacto 
knife to the case I decided I might as well feed it some power at 432 and see what happened.

What happened when I  fed it a 1s long burst of 432 at 100mW was that it pegged my power meter at 50W!  
I dropped the input power down to a few mW, I'm seeing 30W out!  It's a damn good high gain 432 amplifier. 
I've no idea what the thing really is, but clearly it's not a Mitsubishi RA18H1213G. It might be something 
like a  RA30H4047M which has the same H2 case, though whatever this thing is it has a hell of a lot of gain...
