Dear friends,

Find hereby the latest VHF newsletter 80. Like we decided in Landshut I propose an alternative 
partition of the VHF Handbook. The content is identical, only the ordering is changed. We will 
decide in Vienna 2019 which is the preferred version.

There will be a proposal ready for the Interim meeting about this issue. In the meanwhile you 
can see both versions on our IARU-R1 website.

Don't forget the deadlines for our next meeting.
