Sorry to say: Hermann, DL2NUD and Uwe, DG8NCO are planning to operate under a pirate call sign.

Firstly, Z6 prefix is not granted by ITU!
Secondly, Kosovo is not a member of UN.
Finally, ARRL recognized Z6 as a separate DXCC against their own rules!

Obviously, this won`t be a DXpedition, but the political expedition.

Think of this if you want to make a "new DXCC".
Uwe and Hermann, please, stop this work and wait for the situation when everything becomes clear 
regarding this "entity"

  Hermann, DL2NUD, asked me to inform the U/SHF community as follows:   

  Uwe and Hermann plan to arrive (with their mobile-home) early evening of 21.4.2018 in Z6 Kosovo. 
They have to drive down almost to the SV border for safety reasons. As soon as they arrive they  
will start to set-up the stations. They hope to be QRV early afternoon (probably not for MR!) of 22.4.
