22nd September 2013 - announcement of EA2TO/1's activity from 1,5km ASL

I see the hepburn´s maps for the sunday morning and I think that will be qrv from the usual site IN83fd qrv in 432MHz for the french contest (4:00utc-11:00utc) with 100w + 17dBd, probably will be qrv also in 23cm with my little setup 2x23tonna + 10w ... tropo seems to be good on sunday early in the morning, maybe we can try to repeat qso in 432 and perhaps in 23cm!!

I´ll meet with iñaki EB1RL and perhaps he will come to in83fd with 3cm equipment 90cm dish + 9w !!

again european festival?? cross our fingers!! wow!! usually end of september and october are well days for thermal inversions and seems that high pressure area will be in F-DL-PA-...
