Hi all

Rex,VK9CMO, reports working Trevor VK4AFL on JT65B 70cm
EME this morning from NH87kt. He has now worked 3 EME stations on 70cm from
the Cocos Keeling Islands.

With a very successful EME DXpedition to VK9C land,
Rex has decided to go qrt and prepare for his trip to Christmas Island
(OH29tm) where he will operate
as VK9XMO.

At this stage he expects to be operating on EME
at VK9X around 7 September. I will post more info
about dates / times on Moon-net as soon as I get
them from Rex.

Rex advises that he has already sent QSL cards to almost
every station he has worked from VK9C. However, the following
stations will not receive their qsls until after he returns home (where he
can access missing address info) :-

JM1GSH
S54T
IK1UWL

All other stations should receive their qsl cards shortly.

Rex has been sending the qsls using 4 special stamps. The stamps relate to
4 species of turtle found in the Cocos Keeling Islands area. The stamps
should be of particular interest to stamp collectors.
