OK1TEH completed QSO list for DXCC (mixed mode) on 144MHz with single Yagi antenna only!

On Dec. 27 2012 early morning OK1TEH successfully, after more, than 12 years of his VHF effort, completed jubilee EME QSO with CX2SC on 144MHz band and by that QSO he completed QSOs with 100 DXCC! Matej has became the very first VHF operator in OK, who succeeded in that target with single Yagi antenna only (10.el. Y podle DK7ZB). Accross the whole World already exists 5 stations, who completed such difficult result, but Matej is the very first, who made it without support of Ground gain, because he has not his antenna relatively low above flat terrain in the silent rural area, but opposite! The fact, that OK1TEH has his antenna 27m above the ground and even in the high noise level enviroment, generated by large city (City of Prague), emphasize his extraordinary success! I have not lot more to say - just congrats!

For next time he needs to collect all of still missed QSLs and find some IARU member society, who will confirm completion of DXCC VHF Award conditions...

For final I would express my believe, that OK1TEH will describe for us more details and even some unique memoirs from his long way to such success.

Announcement in Czech here.
