 On behalf of the IARU, Region 1 I would like to invite you and your fellow radio amateurs to participate
 in the annual IARU Region 1 145MHz Contest and the IARU Region 1 Microwaves Contest, which will take 
 place, as usual, on the first weekend in September and October.

 07./08.09.2013  IARU-Region-1 145 MHz September Contest 
 05./06.10.2013  IARU-Region-1 UHF/Microwaves October Contest

 Please read the Rules of these Contests, based on chapter 5 in the VHF Manager's  Handbook V 6.00.

 Logs for the international results shall be uploaded to the IARU-Region 1 log roboter 
 http://iaru.oevsv.at.  See also chapter 5.3 in the VHF Manager's Handbook V6.00 on page 65.
