Please pass on the following news:

Plans for 70 cm tests by Arecibo on 24 and/or 25 Feb around 0000 to 0130 
have been canceled.  There is a chance for similar tests in March, date 
and time to be announced.  Plans for EOA 70 cm operation in April have 
not changed and are on the schedule.  There will be no 23 cm EME 
operation in April.
